Unlikely Professionals (formerly blackhouse. LLC) is a structural engineering inspection firm operating in Maryland, Virginia, and Connecticut. We provide building code compliance, structural inspection, and certification services for residential and commercial foundation repair projects.

We retain project records, certification documents, and inspection reports indefinitely as required by professional engineering licensing obligations and building code compliance. Communication records and scheduling data are retained for the duration of active project work and a reasonable period thereafter.
Data Security
We maintain reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information. Project files are stored on secured, access-controlled infrastructure. Payment processing is handled by PCI-compliant third-party providers.
Your Rights
You may:

Note that we may be unable to delete project records, certifications, or inspection documentation where retention is required by law or professional licensing obligations.
