Unlikely Professionals — Operational Messaging Program
There are two ways to join the Unlikely Professionals operational SMS program:
Unlikely Professionals sends operational SMS messages to scheduling coordinators, office managers, and field personnel at partner construction companies. These messages support the coordination of structural engineering inspections across Maryland, Virginia, and Connecticut.
You may receive the following types of messages:
Message frequency varies based on your role. Scheduling coordinators typically receive 1–3 messages per business day. Messages are only sent Monday through Friday during business hours (7:00 AM – 6:00 PM Eastern Time), except for urgent schedule changes.
By providing your phone number to Unlikely Professionals, you consent to receive operational SMS messages related to inspection scheduling and coordination. Consent is obtained during the business onboarding process with your employer or contracting organization.
You can stop receiving messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. You will receive a one-time confirmation and no further messages will be sent. Other valid opt-out keywords: CANCEL, END, QUIT, UNSUBSCRIBE.
To resume receiving messages after opting out, reply START or YES to the same number. You will receive a confirmation and messages will resume.

Messages are sent via major US carriers including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and others. Carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.
